Allitec Limited warrants that Allitec products are free from defects in materials or workmanship.

Allitec will repair or replace with comparable product, at its option and free of charge, any product, part or component which fails mechanically or structurally or through abnormal wear as a result of such defect. This warranty applies from the date of manufacture, regardless of shift usage and is valid only for the original purchaser.

Exceptions

Seating components - pneumatic cylinders, aluminium bases, seat structures.

5 years
All desking products. Seating components - mechanisms, castors and glides and composite bases. Storage systems. Lighting products.

2 years
Seating and Screens - fabrics, leathers, vinyl and other upholstering materials.

All Allitec products are designed to be of high quality and robust and serve our customers for a long period of use. As a principle therefore, it is expected that users will treat the products appropriately as a product of value to them. In products such as seating, furniture or equipment with moving parts, regular and correct cleaning is essential to the longevity of the product. This is particularly important with seating. This guarantee will be invalid if damage results from careless or incorrect use.

General wear and tear must be recognised by the user and any replacement of parts required will be charged on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the life expectancy detailed above.
